purchasing and shipping

I’ve taken every care to show the colours in the artwork you see on this website as accurately as possible. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

I’ve seen a painting I love; how do I order it?

If I buy something handmade I love to connect with the maker, and I feel the same about the collectors of my art. I want to make it a personalised experience, so the process is deliberately not all automated.

  1. Click the ‘buy this painting’ button next to the painting you like

  2. Fill out the contact form to register your interest and ask any questions you may have

  3. I’ll get in touch with you to discuss payment and give you any additional information you’ve asked for

  4. When you’ve paid, I’ll package your artwork up and arrange delivery

How do I pay?

When you’ve contacted me about a painting I’ll get in touch to discuss payment options. If you live in the UK, bank transfer is one of the easier options. As soon as I've received payment, the painting will be marked as sold.

You can also pay through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to do this as you can use PayPal to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I don’t store any of your debit/credit card details.

Is shipping included?

Postage within the UK is included in the price. International shipping will cost extra and the price will depend on the country you live in. I ship with Royal Mail.

How soon will I receive my painting after ordering?

Paintings will be packed and shipped within one week. Let me know if you need it sooner and in most cases something can be arranged. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries.

I’ll let you know as soon as your artwork is in the post. Most UK deliveries arrive within two days of shipping but please allow seven working days from the point of despatch before getting in touch.

Can I collect my artwork from you?

Yes, of course. If you’d like to do that, please let me know when you’re registering your interest in a particular painting. I live in Cardiff.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although your location will affect how quickly your artwork arrives with you. Let me know what country you live in when you register your interest in a painting and I can give you shipping options.

Shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be happy with your new artwork, which is why I offer free, no-obligation virtual studio chats so you can take a closer look at the artwork that interests you. However if you’re not happy when your painting arrives, I can arrange a refund.

To arrange a refund, please contact me by email within 14 days of receiving the painting. Once a return has been agreed, you’re responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same postal service it was originally sent by. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If your artwork has been damaged in transit, please contact me within seven days with a photo of the damage.

What about overseas returns?

At this time I’m unable to offer a refund or return on any paintings sent outside of the UK.

If you have another question I’ve not answered here, please get in touch.
