Everything I paint is inspired by the outdoors – the hills near my home in Cardiff and the coast I love so much. Greens and blues frequently feature on my palette for this reason. If the outdoors is your happy place and you value the time you spend lost in nature, I think we’re going to get along very well! (And I’d love to chat with you!)
I’ve drawn and painted for as long as I can remember. My Mum still has a watercolour I painted of our pet dog on a piece of regular white printer paper when I was 13, and it’s still on the fridge now! These days I favour acrylic paint but I love to mix it up and use all sorts of media and surfaces.
